It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange and pay shipping fees in the event of a return for a refund. These return shipping charges can be significantly more than the delivery charge you paid to receive your order.

Please expect to pay customs fees on international orders. We are based in the UK so all packages leaving the country will have a customs declaration form filled out to the correct value of the wig for insurance purposes. We will not be held responsible to pay customs fees. 

No chemical products are to be supplied by us outside of the UK, so please be aware of this when ordering outside of the UK.
