Terms & Conditions for 2-Month Hair Closure Guarantee

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 2-Month Guarantee provided for hair closures purchased from Hair Closures UK By purchasing and using our hair closure, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Guarantee Coverage

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects in the hair closure, including:

  • Excessive shedding beyond normal use
  • Premature balding or thinning of the lace
  • Faulty construction (e.g., loose knots, lace tearing under normal use)
  1. Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation, removal, or maintenance
  • Excessive heat styling, bleaching, or coloring
  • Chemical treatments or exposure to harsh products
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor shedding
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence
  1. Eligibility for a Replacement

To qualify for a replacement under this guarantee:

  • The claim must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • The original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • The hair closure must be returned in its original condition (excluding normal use).
  • The product must be inspected and approved by our team before a replacement is issued.
  1. Claim Process

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos or videos.
  • Ship the defective product back to us (return shipping costs will apply).
  • If approved, a replacement closure of the same style and length will be issued. No refunds or exchanges for a different product.
  1. Limitations
  • The guarantee applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
  • Only one replacement per purchase is allowed.
  • We reserve the right to deny a claim if the damage is determined to be caused by improper care.
