Terms & Conditions for £10 Shipping Insurance Guarantee
…1. Introduction
Welcome to our £10 Shipping Insurance Guarantee. By purchasing this insurance, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This guarantee ensures protection against loss, damage, or non-delivery of your order, subject to the terms outlined below. Please be aware that our hair is sourced from China but we dispatch from the UK, all international customers who pay duty and tariffs please be aware of this and check your countries regulations before ordering. Any orders subject to tariffs or duty that are not accepted on delivery or refused by our customer, will be classed as abandoned and will not receive a refund or be able to claim on our shipping insurance guarantee.
2. Coverage
The £10 Shipping Insurance Guarantee covers:
✅ Loss of parcel in transit
✅ Damage sustained during shipping
✅ Non-delivery of the parcel
3. Exclusions
This insurance does not cover:
- Orders delivered to the incorrect address due to customer error
- Unsigned deliveries – all deliveries must be signed for
- Orders being sent to a PO box address as a signature is required.
- Parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier
- Damage due to improper handling after delivery
- Delays in transit beyond our control
- Custom or tariff fees not paid by receiver.
- Orders refused or returned without custom or tariff fees being paid. You will not be eligible for a refund or claim.
4. Claim Eligibility
To be eligible for a claim, customers must:
- Report the issue within 7 working days of the expected delivery date
- Provide a valid order number and proof of issue (e.g., photos for damages, tracking information for loss)
- Cooperate in any investigation with the courier service
- Your order must be confirmed as lost or damaged by the courier for us to start a claim
5. Claim Process

Claims will be reviewed within 5-10 business days from confirmation that the order has been lost or damaged.
Approved claims will be compensated through a replacement order or a refund.
6. Refund & Compensation
If a claim is approved for loss or non-delivery, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost or a full refund will be issued.
If a claim is approved for damage, the customer may receive:
