  1. Introduction

Welcome to Hair Closures UK

By purchasing our hair extensions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Product Information
  • We offer high-quality hair extensions made from human hair.
  • Due to the natural nature of human hair, slight variations in color and texture may occur.
  • We are not responsible for color mismatches due to screen displays or personal preferences.
  1. Orders & Payments
  • All orders must be paid in full before processing.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. Any refunds will be processed once a claim has been completed and agreed by our courier.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to the shipping carrier.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used hair extensions.
  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, 21 days if outside the UK. We do not offer exchanges, returns only.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method after inspection.
  1. Hair Care & Maintenance
  • Proper care is required to maintain the quality of hair extensions.
  • We are not responsible for damage due to improper care, chemical treatments, or heat styling.
  1. Installations & Services (if applicable)
  • We are not liable for issues caused by improper installation by third parties.
  • Installation services (if provided) require a separate booking and payment.
  1. Disputes & Liability
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or scalp issues resulting from hair extensions.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except for order processing.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
