Refunds and Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase before installation we will provide a refund on hair that has not been unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with within 14 days of the date that you receive your order. Goods returned outside of the 14 days from receipt may, at our discretion, be accepted for credit against your account. Please be aware there are no refunds for any International orders.

If international orders are not accepted on delivery or refused customers are liable for all custom fees / tariff fees to be paid. Hair closures UK Ltd do not accept any liability for any international orders sent back to our warehouse.

Returns will be accepted after receiving confirmation that any USA duties or tariffs have been paid. If your order is refused because you do not pay the duty you as our customer are liable for all fees. Any customer overseas who does not pay the duties or tariffs will be summoned to court.

 

Please be aware that our hair is sourced from China but we dispatch from the UK, all international customers who pay duty and tariffs please be aware of this and check your countries regulations before ordering. Any orders subject to tariffs or duty that are not accepted on delivery or refused by our customer, will be classed as abandoned and will not receive a refund or be able to claim on our shipping insurance guarantee.

Any returned product must be in its original packaging. Returned items that are not in their original packaging will be subject to a £5 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any international orders not accepted on delivery can not be sent back to us for a refund, all duties and tariffs must be paid by our customer for a refund to be processed.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange and pay shipping fees in the event of a return for a refund. These return shipping charges can be significantly more than the delivery charge you paid to receive your order.

We do not accept returns for closures or frontals that have been worn or damaged. Closures are a delicate product and the correct aftercare must be followed to ensure the longevity of your closure or frontal. An aftercare sheet is provided on every order, we do not hold any responsibility for damaged closures or frontals once worn.

If there is a fault with a worn closure or frontal, please inform us ASAP of any issues as soon as your closure has been fitted. You must email us at enquiry@hairclosures.co.uk with any issues. Please adhere to the terms and conditions of our two month closure guarantee.

We are not responsible for international orders getting stuck at customs as this is beyond our control. We will do our best to help any situation that arises at customs but no refund on any hair will be given until we have received the goods back from the courier company. 

We do not accept photos of damaged hair products, the customer is responsible for sending all hair products back to us, using a tracked service, and keeping proof of postage until we have received the hair back to our warehouse.

We will not accept any closures, frontals, or wigs back if coloured or any product on the root.

All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for the lifespan of the hair once purchased by the customer due to the lack of aftercare. We do however have a two month guarantee on our hair, please check our terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for hair fading in colour after applying heat or wearing it in the sun. It is up to the end user to colour the hair once worn back into the original colour at their own risk.

We can not guarantee that the same two pieces of hair will act the same, some hair will curl better than others whereas some hair quality may not curl as well, this is not a fault with the hair, our hair will act just like our natural hair and we can not guarantee the same quality on every hair piece we supply.

We know you are going to enjoy your hair because we have done the testing for you and only sell premium quality 100% Human Virgin Hair. If your not happy with your hair product within 14 days of the date that you received your order, we’ll provide a hassle-free return. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on packages that have been opened or tampered with. Postage charges must be paid by the customer and is your responsibility to keep tracking numbers of all products sent back to us.

You must contact us prior to sending your return. Please fill out our returns form at the bottom of our homepage to let us know what you would like to return. You must fill out your returns form within 14 days of ordering when returning or exchanging.

Requests for refunds on stock returned without contacting us will not be honoured.

We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. You must return any unwanted product for a full refund and then re order on our website.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. For the safety of all customers, we cannot allow opened items to be returned. This is a common practice with hair extensions suppliers.
